Dr. Hisham Fawzi, head of the department of ophthalmology at the Faculty of Medicine and Hospitals of Al-Azhar University, said there were no studies or studies to validate these views, but that does not negate the seriousness of the practice.

The eyes, which are constantly exposed to bright light from the phone screen in the dark, remain open for a long time, reducing the excretion of tears enough to moisten them and become dry, and natural eyes are closed 16 times per minute due to the movement of eyelashes .. So Fawzi tells us.

Dry eye causes permanent pain to the individual, the sensation of inflammation and the desire to rub continuously to stimulate the secretion of tears, and may develop to the weakness of the ability to see, because the lack of secretion of tears lead to transparency of the cornea.

The head of the Department of Medicine and Ophthalmology confirms that the radiation outside the mobile phone screens in the dark affects the retinal cells of the eye, the sensitive layer of light in the back of the eye, becoming more sensitive to light, thus causing the individual to have double vision, and the double vision is "dizzy."
