A natural cream bath to clean the scalp

From time to time, we need to clean the scalp and cleanse well to get rid of the chemical residues accumulated by the frequent use of hair creams. These deposits work to close the pores of the scalp and prevent them from breathing properly, and then slow growth of hair follicles. Here's an easy way to clean your scalp with a natural cream bath.

Tools you'll need:

1 tbsp baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients in a suitable bowl.

2. Divide your hair into two halves, then spread the mixture on the scalp.

3 - massage the scalp with your fingers in circular movements to help the absorption of the mixture well.

4. Spread the mixture on the ends of the hair also, olive oil from natural recipes effective in prolonging hair and promote growth from the roots.

5 - Collect your hair in the form of a cake and then cover it with a cover for 20-30 minutes.

After the period, wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner as usual.
